2013

2013 has been an exciting year for us!
We have had much to celebrate and we are very, very thankful!
We went sky-diving,
played in snow,
Chris's team moved to UBS,
Abigail was pregnant,
Hadassah became a funny 2 year old,
Corban was a Memory Master  (and we celebrated with a Legoland and NASA trip),
Corban cut his arm,
Abigail waterskiied,
We continued homeschooling,
We bought a house and made it our HOME,
We bought a car
and best of all Asher Isaac was born!!!!

Snowmen

Monday morning, we started the week with a "build a snowman" breakfast
Asher helped me make an example…
but they had their own ideas!

snowmen stories
we read lots of snowmen stories from the library

Friday morning we finished the week with another snowman breakfast!

We have told the children that while we expect good behavior when we are out,
they will be rewarded if they are complimented by strangers
(has to be for behavior and not just cuteness!).
They received a compliMINT while I was running errands with all 4 children,
so when we got home I made them MINT chocolate milkshakes!
playing outside

Corban finished his
540 piece globe puzzle!

they made breakfast
(cereal, cheez-it, nuts, dried fruit, nutella, and bread)!

chasing ducks, geese and birds

watching Frozen
(Asher's first time to a theatre, he slept through the whole movie!)

that smile

I love Hadassah's smile and her big laugh that goes with it!

with her new "babies"

"Ellie" with her puppy "Sparkles" and
"Pearl" with her horse "Ginger"
she loves to wear tights and leotards (she calls them "my ballerinas")--but never together

she calls this "my iPad"
(and rearranges the legos
on it over and over)
she very much wants to be included by these twoshe loves "our Asher"
