Celebrate Grace

Grace had multiple tests this month (first follow-up after chemo) and was getting results all on the same day.  Brittany planned a beautiful dinner that evening to celebrate Grace and the journey that she has had this year and the great news of those test results all being very positive!
It was a night with Grace's closest family and friends and it was very special to be invited, especially for Hadassah as the only child there.  But she had so much fun with Grace and meeting her friends!

Earlier that day, we had stopped by to help Brittany with decorating and the girls got to say hi to Grace.

September school

Hadassah and Asher have been studying Columbus, Jamestown Colony, Pocahontas, and Native American Indian tribes this month!

making ships (to represent the Nina, Pinta, and Santa Maria) out of aluminum foil and then testing them across the pool (sea!)


I found them reading the Disney version together after having read about the real Pocahontas that afternoon!

September dates

Corban and Daddy (and Mommy!) did an Escape Game night at home!  Corban had bought this at home game and we had so much fun working together to solve the clues.

For Abigail and Mommy's date, we started a book called 8 Great Dates for Moms and Daughters together! 
Our first date was a tea party at home!
