the Caped Crusader
And in case you missed the outfit before, Corban loves his new Batman costume/pajamas from Great-Grandpa and Granny!!
Just my size
Randy enjoyed this toy tractor as a child, and then years later Tyler spent hours playing with it, and on this trip Corban had fun driving the little John Deere tractor too!

No Bull

We were able to visit several relatives while we were in Missouri, and some had recently gotten three new bulls! Corban was excited about going out to see them...until it was time to give them a snack!

And this is Corban enjoying the delicious, miniature apple pie that Granny made just for him!
John Deere Green

We arrived just before Randy's corn was planted. So Corban was able to help get the ground ready for planting and ride along in the tractor!

Abigail is ready for next time!
Cruising altitude
Last Thursday the children and I left for a trip to Missouri to visit my grandparents and uncle. We had so much fun and really enjoyed our time together.
It was the first time that I have flown alone with both the children which was an adventure in itself. They both did very well, but neither did much sleeping on the flights.

S-P-E-L-L
I'll start with a disclaimer...we are not cat people.
That is perhaps why it is even more amusing that over the last couple days Corban has befriended his own, imaginary, pet cat (that lives inside and comes along on car rides, with Mommy's permission of course!). Corban likes to "feed" his cat, so this morning Chris took a plastic container and wrote "Cat Food" on it. Within minutes Corban was spelling "CAT" and "FOOD." He learned how to spell his first words today!!

Abigail is truly a source of delight! She is such a happy baby!
Abigail is a speedy crawler, pulls up on everything and "cruises" along, likes to self feed, loves to smile and giggle, is constantly entertained by her big brother, enjoys playing in the water, and is a blessing to our family!
Obstacle Course
These pictures are from a few weeks ago, we went to a children's and art fair/farmer's market at Lake Eola one Sunday and Corban had so much fun going through the bounce house!

Yesterday we met the Peterson's at Lakeridge Winery for a tour and tasting. Then we found a Burger King with an indoor playground (and air conditioning!)
