We went to Avon Park for the day for Thanksgiving with Pendrak/Moseley family!

November dates
Daddy and Corban went to a Ben Carson book signing at Barnes & Noble.
He signed Corban's copy of A More Perfect Union.
Daddy and Abigail work day- they stated the morning with coffee/hot chocolate at Starbucks, math problems and spreadsheets at work, and finally lunch together at YOLO on Las Olas.
November school
Corban and Abigail continued their study of Ancient Egypt in History,
learned about properties of Light and Water in Science and finished their study of the
Patriarchs of Genesis and began studying Moses in the book of Exodus in Bible.

Abigail finished Explode the Code 2 and began book 3
Hadassah studied D/dinosaur and O/octopus:
Veterans Day was on a Wednesday, so we had a special opening assembly at CC that morning and then during presentations Corban and Abigail both shared about their Grandpa Pendrak's service. 
Our CC fall festival had an Ancient Times theme (to go with our history for Cycle 1) and we were dressed as an Egyptian family!
With our CC science focus on plants/animals this year, our community has had several nature walk field trips and an animal day at the park!

There is not a mini-ballet class offered at a time Hadassah could take this year, so this month she began private classes with Ms. Brittany. She was so excited! Abigail will usually join the lesson, but it will be geared to Hadassah, and the girls will have the class once or twice a month.
Hadassah also began taking piano once a week with Mr. Charles! When he comes for Corban and Abigail's lesson, he said he would spend 10-15 min with Hadassah each week. She is very interested in learning too!
