Asher - Cedar presentations

Asher is really enjoying the 5th grade program at Cedar!
His classes are on Tuesdays from 8-3. 
This month, parents were invited to the 4th and 5th grades presenations of their historical Wax Museum presentations and display of their science animal habitats.

Asher chose George Washington - he dressed up, spoke for a few minutes about Washington, and displayed a tri-fold board with pictures and accomplishments.

For his animal habitat, Asher chose the mongoose ("because they eat snakes!").
With very little assistance, Asher built an amazing 2 level display - the top layer of grass lifts to reveal the underground tunneling/burrow system!

 With a free hotel night, Daddy and Asher stayed for a night on Fort Lauderdale Beach!

Mommy came over to join them by the pool the next day!

Abigail is enjoying having more balance to her schedule this semester - being back at Selah, trying HEAT track, and time with friends!

Abigail went to a friend's birthday party that had a Roaring '20s theme! 

And to another friend's themed murder mystery birthday dinner!
