After a couple days with lots of rain, the temperatures dropped over the weekend and we had a Florida glimpse of winter (it got down to the 50's!). Chris and I went to his team's holiday party on Saturday night, and had a wonderful time meeting people and enjoying an evening out together!

Abigail has just really discovered dogs, she loves spotting them on walks, in books, stuffed animals, anywhere. This is her watching some puppies on TV, laughing and barking at them!

Boat Parade

Last weekend we were invited to a Boat Parade party! The parades are a "nighttime flotilla of brightly decorated yachts" and a Fort Lauderdale winter tradition.

We had a fun time getting to see all the boats decorated in lights!

The Princess

We feel like we are seeing more and more of Abigail's unique personality every day, which makes this (almost 15 months) a fun age! She is definitely all little girl; loves holding dolls, playing with her toy house, and putting bows in her hair! But she has also started to really enjoy sorting/organizing games (shapes, blocks, even just putting crayons away) and of course, she is interested in whatever Corban is doing. Yesterday she was awake while he napped and walked over to just sit outside the bedroom door and wait for him!












Corban loves his "Sissy" and sometimes his bed is just to far away from her! He made up his own little pallet on the floor right next to her crib and insisted on sleeping on his "new bed" last week.

We drove up to Avon Park for Thanksgiving and enjoyed a few days with Chris's family.

Cousin time! Corban and Michael had lots of fun playing together!

Jenn and Michael's baby #2 is a boy and Ian Scott is due in April!

Beach Life

Fort Lauderdale is beautiful! We love living close to the beach (only 10 minutes!), the palm trees, and the breezy, warm weather. The last two Saturdays we have gone to the beach and Corban and Abigail both love playing in the ocean and the sand!
