Romeo and Juliet

We went to see the MCB Romeo and Juliet ballet!

Asher was excited to go for the sword fights, but was disappointed to see that it was still mostly a ballet!

We saw Chava, Ms. Brittany and Ms. Mackie at the show!

When Daddy pruned the Starfruit tree, he discovered a nest with 3 eggs!  We've watched the mother and father cardinals come and go, both staying near the nest.  Then Abigail discovered that one egg hatched!

Unfortunately, with all the rain this month we don't know what happened to the baby bird and the other 2 eggs.

April dates

Corban and Daddy got a quick sushi dinner at Whole Foods together and then went to see
To Kill a Mockingbird play at Broward Center!

Daddy brought Abigail to her dance classes at MCB on a Saturday.  After her classes, they went to "This is How I Dance" event at the Miami Beach library and saw examples of various types of ethnic dances.

Mommy brought Hadassah to Macy Sherman's birthday party - the girls did a room escape together and then had ice cream!

Mommy and Asher went to see the new Mario Bros. movie in the theatre!  Asher had given Mommy a movie date as a birthday gift and it was so much fun to have a movie we could go see together!

April school

Corban led the Leadership presentation at Civil Air Patrol!

He also found out that he received Gold Summa cum Laude (90% or higher) on the National Latin III Exam!

Spring Sailing Banquet

Hadassah and Asher sailing in the Street Art Regatta at LYC.  The sails were each hand painted and available for purchase.

Hadassah will be moving up to Championship Fleet!  With her Coach's recommendation and help, we bought an Opti boat!  She hasn't gotten to sail it yet, but is super excited and the boat is in excellent condition (previously owned but only used a few times).
