Abigail and I had a pottery painting date at Joe Picasso's! She decided on a pre-made piece (she chose a princess shaped piggy bank), picked out paint colors, and then we painted (each area had to be done 3 times with drying in between).
Abigail liked the sparkly colors and had fun with the painting. I helped with the more detailed areas. She added her name across the front of the dress and I wrote "& Mommy" with the date on the bottom.
A few days later, we went back to pick up her princess (after they had fired it in the kiln).
It was a fun time to get dressed up, sip tea, eat little flower shaped sandwiches and the girls made hats (Abigail said they were too little and so she made one for Hadassah).
Corban and Daddy had a day at the museum date! Corban choose the science museum and while there they watched the IMAX movie Flight of the Butterflies in 3D.
