Medieval Festival

This week at Classical Conversations we had a Medieval Fall Festival!
The Medieval European time period is our focus for history this year
and the children had a great time getting dressed up to celebrate!

After classes for the day, all the children came together for the party!
The room was decorated with a castle,
there was a full lunch (we ate with a "tin plate and wooden spoon")
and after lunch there were games and crafts (the girls made crowns!) outside.

Come out and play with Me

Hadassah is very excited about being a big sister!
She talks about her Baby Brother and being his Big Sister every day.
She can't wait to meet him and I am excited about the special friendship they will have!

Bike

Hadassah moved up to a big girl bike!
She is still figuring out pedaling but is so excited to put on her princess helmet and get on her princess bike!  Hadassah likes to tell us that she is a big girl and does all that she can to keep up with Corban and Abigail.  She loves having matching princess bikes with Abigail!

October dates

Abigail's date with Daddy was suppose to be a nature hike, but as soon as she got in the van she spotted her new bike (that Daddy was going to surprise her with after the hike)!
She was so excited that they just went to the park for her to ride "super fast" on her new princess bike.
Corban and Daddy had a video game date at Dave and Buster's this month!

Corban was excited to be the first child
to ride in Daddy's new car!

Corban used their tickets to get finger lights!
They had fun boy time and stopped for lunch (cheeseburgers!) on the way home!
