Turkey Day

I love this picture because Corban silently, spontaneously signs "I love you" to me a couple times a day (often when he catches my eye in the rear view mirror as I'm driving)
first Thanksgiving dinner!
none of us had turkey or pumpkin pie this year--the prime rib and cheesecake was too delicious!

we went to the Naples Pier at sunset

Naples, FL

For the long thanksgiving weekend, we packed all our essentials:

and drove to Naples!

Chris had these beautiful flowers waiting in the room for me! (can't see in this picture but there were 5 mini sunflowers)

We had fun at the hotel

and at the park!

And Hadassah went swimming in a pool for the first time!
She loved splashing in the water and got upset when it
was time to get out!

Tough Girl!

Abigail tatted up with her princess temporary tattoos and her black eye (from jumping off the sofa)

Eight Months

Hadassah Pearl Pendrak

8 Months
19 pounds * 28 inches

Hadassah is waving "bye-bye" now and loves walking with her little shopping cart around the house! She is the perfect height for unrolling toilet paper and splashing her hands in toilet seats left open! We have put up the second baby gate (going up to the 3rd floor) to keep her from climbing the stairs. She has discovered peak-a-boo and thinks it is such a funny game. And loves to blow raspberries! Hadassah is also making lots of "mamama" and some "dadada" sounds, but not an official first word yet!

Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo Ballet

We went to see the Fort Lauderdale Children's Ballet production of Cinderella!
The performance was great and the children all did well at the show and really enjoyed the dancing, costumes, music, and watching the story (narration was only before each act).

Abigail twirled all through intermission!
