Happy New Year

Michael Aaron Pendrak was born this morning at 10:08 am,
is 6 lbs. 13 oz., and 20 in.
Jenn, Michael and little Michael are all doing great and should be home later this afternoon.
I think this little guy just wanted to come in with a bang (and make sure he'd have fireworks for his birthday every year!), he is a 2009 new years baby!
We are planning on having dinner with them tonight so I should have some pictures to add then. But I am sure Jenn will soon have an update with their full story at: http://thependrakfamily.com/

Self Soothing?!

Abigail has started sucking her thumb (when she was first born it was her wrist, then it was her fingers and now she has figured out just her thumb!) on her left hand and holding her hair with her right hand as she is falling asleep. But sometimes she'll suddenly cry because she has pulled her hair and just doesn't understand why anyone would be so mean!
