more March pictures

Lots of monarch caterpillars!  We saw where 3 chrysalis formed.  Only 1 made it to a butterfly, but we saw that one just after it emerged flying near the milkweed!

The girls American Heritage Girls troop had a family park day! The girls had fun playing games and going on a nature scavenger hunt.

I love watching the four of them together play and talking, and glimpsing what amazing friendships they will continue to have as they grow up!

March dates

Corban and Daddy are taking 6 week series of classes at church called "Truth Unearthed:  Archaeology & the Bible."  The classes are designed for adults, but Corban and Daddy really enjoyed going and learning together.
They also went on an overnight trip to Avon Park to visit Grandmother and Grandpa and the other Pendraks and to watch paragliding.

Abigail and Mommy had a date at home! We spent time together painting nails, coloring pictures and talking together!

Hadassah and Daddy went out to breakfast!

 Asher and Mommy ran errands together, with ice cream and fun stops along the way!

So VERY happy! Watching a construction crew during lunch at CC.  Asher LOVES watching "worker-men" and sat with Mommy asking questions and explaining to her the whole time!

Selah Tea Party

All three of us look forward to this special Mother/Daughter Tea Party each year!

It was lovely!  We had a wonderful time!

There was a craft time to make pretty headpieces for the girls!

Faces of History

For Corban's Classical Conversations Essentials class, each child was to choose a famous person from the Middle Ages for their Faces of History project.  Corban chose Galileo and researched, wrote a paper, memorized it and presented it in costume!  He did an amazing job!
