FX Fiesta

We went to our church's Fiesta themed family night!  

After a taco dinner, we competed as a family in a series of minute-to-win-it games.  
It was a very fun night and the Pendrak family tied for first place!

Ten Months

Classes Start

Classical Conversations started and we are all excited to be at the same campus as 
last year!  It is a great community!

Corban has Mrs. Caryn as his tutor again and many of the same students in his class.  Abigail has Mrs. Denise as her tutor this year and a great group of students, too.  Hadassah and Asher are both in the nursery.  

 Corban has joined the SwimFast team!  
He is in the Strokes group and practices 3 times per week.

Abigail is taking Ballet I with Mrs. Brittany at Selah Academy again and 
Hadassah is VERY excited to be in Mini-Ballet!

And this year, Corban is taking Math Enrichment and Computer/Robotics at IMACS!

Starfish

The west coast (Gulf) beaches are different than the east coast (Atlantic) of Florida. 

The children had a great time playing in the shallow, calm water and with all the shells on the beach. We went to Bonita Springs/Barefoot Beaches and the first day I felt one starfish by my feet out in the water!  The next day, we went back to the beach and found six starfish!  They were all 9 legged and were so neat to play with and hold and look at.

Labor Day Weekend

We drove across to Naples, FL for Labor Day Weekend

We went to the Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary.

We went to Trader Joes 

for the first time!
