Field Trips

Last week, the children took a break from some book work

 and we went on a few field trips!  

We went to Art Basel Miami Beach (with over 260 exhibiting galleries of  20 - 21st century art)

We saw sea creatures and a geckos exhibit at the Museum of Science and Discovery

and Hadassah got to ride on a little tractor, like this one, in the play area!

We also went to Young At Art one afternoon!

Accessories

Hadassah likes to wear the Mr. Potato Head glasses, her sunglasses, and as many "bracelets" as she can find!

Treetop park

We went to Treetops Park for the afternoon!
Abigail tried out her bike with just pedals.  It was fun but think she might need her training wheels for a bit.

There is a place in the park that does horse rides!

As Corban finished, another horse was added to the ring.  Abigail looked at it and with a little smile said, "I want to ride that horse."  When I asked if she wanted to ride the same one Corban had, she said "no, I want to ride the bigger one!"

Soccer Season

Abigail is playing soccer! 
Last year, she was cheering Corban at every practice and game and
Abigail is so excited to get to play this year.
She is on a co-ed, 4-5 year old team. 
And Chris is doing super as assistant coach!

The Roaring Lions had their first game
on Saturday and did a great job!

Corban read to China (a therapy dog)
at the Wags'N'Tales program at the library. 
He chose a book about a dog ;)
